About Company
Homestead Bush Hogging

5 +
years of
experience
Founded in May 2021, our company was built to meet a critical need for local television and radio stations: reliable, proactive fire-prevention land management. We specialize in maintaining defensible space around broadcast facilities by mowing grass short around buildings, towers, guy wires, and perimeter fencing. When necessary, we apply total vegetation control to stop regrowth in high-risk areas. Using our tractor equipment, we can also widen and reinforce cleared zones to further reduce fire risk.
Our goal is simple—prevent grass fires from reaching buildings, towers, and guy wires, protecting critical broadcast infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted service to the communities these stations serve.
We also brushhog pastures and provide the following services: Grapple work, stump grinding, box blade, and herbicide treatment to prevent unwanted weeds and to keep areas free of grass and weeds if total vegetation control is wanted.
